February is Pet Dental Health Month. Your pet's dental care is very important. Besides bad breath, neglected teeth can lead to pain and discomfort in the mouth, tooth loss, and infection that can spread to other areas of the body. In addition to at-home dental care, most dogs and cats need dental cleanings done once a year. Just imagine if you never brushed your teeth or went to the dentist...yuck!

If your pet has their teeth cleaned annually, good for you! If not, it's not too late to get their dental care on track. To help you out, we are offering 10% off dental cleanings during the month of February.

Getting your pet scheduled is easy. You first just need to bring your pet in for a pre-dental exam where Dr. Gregory can examine your pet and make sure they are a good candidate for the anesthetic procedure. She will also quote you a price for the dental cleaning based on the condition of your pet's teeth. Additionally, we will pull a blood sample to confirm that internal organs are functioning well to metabolize the anesthesia.  Then we will obtain a $50 deposit to hold your pet's spot on our anesthetic schedule.

If you have any questions, feel free to text or call us at 706-671-1900.
