We are sorry that you missed your scheduled appointment and hope all is well! We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of our previously scheduled plans. That being said, appointments are a time set aside in our schedule specially dedicated to your pet(s). Frequent no-shows/late cancellations are very disruptive to our schedule and take time slots away from other pets that need care.

If you fail to appear for a future appointment or cancel a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will have two options if you still wish for Zutilla Pet Clinic to see your pet(s):

  • You may no-longer schedule appointments and will only be served via “walk-in.” There is an increased exam fee for walk-ins and you may be subjected to long wait times depending on our schedule for that particular day.
  • If you still wish to reserve a particular time for your pet(s), you will need to pre-pay the office exam fee to schedule an appointment.
